Encouraging Young Voices in Faith and Music
A simple way to promote the creativity and talents of young musicians and artists of every genre and creative field.
Making art and music is challenging. As fellow artists and musicians we realise that without a chance to practice and receive feedback, reaching professional standards is all but impossible.
That is why we’ve created this page as a space to practice, create, receive feedback and support, and to deepen and develop our gifts for the Lord. If you have a gift God has given to you, why not invest it in His service, growing through service as a person and a professional simultaneously?
Creating a Space to Grow
As we walk this journey ourselves, we invite others to collaborate and grow with us,
dedicating our gifts to the Lord in this small way.
Although Liturgical music is something unique and holds a sacred place in the Church, the advantage of creating devotional music is its freedom from the high expectations and formality that the Liturgy demands. “If something is worth doing, it is worth doing badly” (C.S.Lewis).
Without this opportunity to actually be bad and to grow from the ground up, how will we ever be able to reach the lofty expectations which the Liturgy demands? Rooted in this foundational virtue of humility, here is a space for Catholic Youth Songs of varying quality, genre and ability.

Why Youth Music Matters
Music is both an expression of the culture, and a force which forms it. During the time of the great Baroque and Renaissance eras, this culture was expressive and central to the creation of a deeply Catholic artistic identity. Since then, the presence of Christian music and art in the world has diminished – both in quality and quantity.
The beauty of the internet and modern technology is that they remove barriers to entry. Artists can now create and share quality content with minimal cost and reach a global audience. Supporting Catholic music for youth helps rebuild a living culture of faith through creativity, humility, and collaboration.
What You’ll Find Here
On this page you’ll find a growing collection of Catholic worship music for youth, written and performed by developing musicians. Over time, we will add lyrics, chords, and recordings—freely available for people to learn from, practice with, and draw inspiration from. These songs are not meant for liturgical use, but for the simple joy of creating, praising, and practicing our faith through music.
A Call to Catholic Artists
If you feel drawn to help Cathaholic Music in its mission to form culture through music, art, poetry, and media, we encourage you to reach out and share your talents. Via Pulchritudinis – The Way of Beauty.
If your inspiration aligns with our mission, we’ll do what we can to assist you along the way. On our part, we offer you a free established platform, honest feedback and a team of musicians willing to help each other in a unified mission of glorifying God and sanctifying the faithful.
This project is quickly becoming a living archive of Catholic youth songs stemming from prayer and community. Every new song and contributor strengthens us as a network of artists and believers – seeking to glorify God through art and the sanctification of the culture. So, what are you waiting for? Reach out to us and one of our team will get in touch.
